01 · The moat

MEV sandwich tax~0.3–2% average sandwich impact per ETH-mainnet swap, no upper bound on size-weighted whale orders.
On Ethereum, every submission is a private bundle fanned out to four builders (Flashbots, Beaverbuild, Titan, Lightspeed), so calldata never hits the public mempool. Base, Solana, Monad and Bitcoin broadcast through the RPC endpoint you supply. First inclusion wins; the rest drop.
RPC latency & rate-limitPublic RPC ~500ms p50 with 429s under bursts; paid tiers 200ms+ and still throttled. A snipe that waits for a quote loses the race.
The quote engine reads a local Reth node over IPC on Ethereum — no third-party RPC, no rate-limit. Live p50/p95/p99, measured, at /latency.
Custodial freeze riskFTX, Mt. Gox, and most Telegram-bot snipers hold the seed in their HSM. Speed traded for the right to be locked out without warning.
Your wallet is derived from your passkey. The signing key materialises in-browser via WebAuthn PRF, lives milliseconds between credential-get and signed payload, then is zeroed. We see signed payloads, never key material.
Single-device lock-inMost wallet bots live on one phone or one browser profile. Changing devices means seed phrases on paper; changing password managers usually means starting over.
The same passkey signs on every device. Phone or desktop — a passkey browser extension signs swaps and snipes right in the web app. Switch your passkey manager whenever you want: renewing the passkey moves the whole wallet — every chain, EVM, Solana, Bitcoin — onto the new one, same addresses. The vault account syncs your wallets across devices, and one exported key restores all chains anywhere.
