This page explains how LOSURIA identifies direct AI interactions and covered synthetic content without implying that ordinary product pages or decisions are automated.

No hidden AI persona.
LOSURIA does not currently offer a conversational AI assistant. Support is ticket-based and is not presented as a human-like AI chat.
If a direct AI interaction is introduced, it will identify itself as AI before its first substantive response and provide a route to human contact. Negentralgorhythms LLC remains responsible for final publications and service decisions. Where a legal exception depends on human review, LOSURIA either records a deliberate, substantive review by a suitably knowledgeable natural person with editorial control and responsibility, or makes the required AI disclosure. Spelling, grammar, or formal checks alone do not qualify as that review.

Synthetic media
LOSURIA does not present AI-generated or AI-manipulated image, audio, or video that could be mistaken for authentic as if it were real. Such material is clearly labelled. Machine-readable provenance or detection signals are used where technically available and appropriate.
Public information
Text generated or materially manipulated by AI for the purpose of informing the public about a matter of public interest is disclosed as AI-generated or AI-manipulated unless a suitably knowledgeable natural person has deliberately and substantively reviewed it and the operator holds editorial control and responsibility for publication. Ordinary spelling, grammar, or formal checks do not establish that exception.
LOSURIA publishes no fabricated testimonials, user experiences, endorsements, or performance evidence.
Secrets never belong in support.
Do not place private keys, seed phrases, passkey secrets, API keys, recovery codes, authentication headers, or confidential user data into an AI interaction or a support message. LOSURIA does not need those values to provide support.
An automated explanation is not personal tax, legal, investment, or financial advice and does not replace qualified professional advice.
Operational controls
- Covered systems and use cases are recorded internally with purpose, version, data boundary, retention, and a responsible role.
- Personal data is minimised before external processing; processor use and international transfers are assessed under the Privacy Policy and applicable safeguards.
- People operating covered systems receive role-appropriate AI-literacy guidance and can escalate uncertain or harmful output for human review.
Transparent without overclaiming.
This policy supports LOSURIA's operational transparency under the EU AI Act. Article 4's AI-literacy obligation applies, and Article 50's transparency obligations apply from 2 August 2026, subject to the exact role and use case. EU Regulation 2026/1744 provides a limited transition until 2 December 2026 for Article 50(2) duties of certain providers of synthetic-content systems already placed on the market before 2 August 2026; LOSURIA applies its own labelling policy from publication and does not rely on that transition. It does not claim that any particular product flow is exempt from financial, crypto-asset, consumer, privacy, or other mandatory law.
